Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Surfboard Soks. We take pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Below is our policy regarding returns and refunds. Please read it carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience should you need to return an item.

Return Eligibility

  1. Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  2. Condition of Item: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used or damaged unless the damage is due to a defect in the product.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact us at hello@surfboardsoks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, it will only cover the cost of the item(s) and not any initial shipping fees.
  4. Packaging: Ensure the item is well-packed to prevent any damage during transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@surfboardsoks.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at hello@surfboardsoks.com and send your item to the provided return address after receiving our instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
